What is the difference between coaching and therapy?

Do you need coaching or therapy? You know, there is not a huge difference between the two

When at its best, coaching utilizes methods from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Positive Psychology. One difference may be that coaching is even more forward-looking and completely driven by the client’s agenda. However, the type of structured, result-driven CBT therapy I use is also very forward-looking. Contact me and we will determine what is best for you. Therapy can also be included in the coaching program.
